Aroma: Full and fruity with vanilla, cinnamon and fresh hay.
Taste: Sweet and slightly spicy with vanilla, fruits and a pinch of pepper.
Finish: Complex and slightly sweet. Barley and oak with dark chocolate.

Bernard and Rosemary Walsh founded the Walsh Whiskey Distillery in 1999. Since 2016, the company also burns whiskey itself. The new distillery is the only one in Ireland that produces potstill, malt and grain whiskey under one roof. The Irishman is distilled three times.
For the 12-year-old single malt only the best barrels are selected. The annual edition includes a maximum of 6,000 bottles.
