This martini edition is made from Nebbiolo DOCG wine and various herbs and stored for two months in the Eichenbottich. Fruity and winey with a subtle sharpness. On the palate it is oily, with a light sweetness and fruity notes. Fruity and bitter in the finish.

The company was founded in 1863, when three employees of a wine trading company - Martini, Sola and Rossi - took over and started the production of wormwood. After Sola died in 1879, the company, now part of the Bacardi Group, was named "Martini & Rossi". In 1900 the four sons of Rossi took over the company and changed the marketing strategy. Soon "Martini & Rossi" was known as a great sponsor of various cultural and sporting activities.
