"Cherry Heering, Denmark's Liqueur since 1818". Cherry Heering is indeed old, traditional and exceptional: in 1818 Peter Heering received the recipe for this cherry liqueur and refined the recipe until he was completely satisfied. The many awards Cherry Heering has received since then speak for it!The special thing: Only the noble, small dark Stevn - cherries are used, which are characterised by a particularly fine and intense aroma. The cherries are harvested in August and then pressed directly with the stones. This gives the liqueur a very fine almond note. After refinement with various spices and distillation, the liqueur matures for another 3 years in oak barrels to fully develop the bouquet.Character and taste: Deep dark red, fruity - sweet cherry flavour with a subtle almond note.
