Ginself Premium Gin 70 cl / 40 % Spanien 

The Ginself is handmade in a small distillery near Valencia. In the botany used, Ginself remains faithful to its origin and uses the Spanish fruit orchards and herbal gardens. For this premium gin are used sweet orange, bitter orange, orange blossom, tangerine, lemon peel, angelica seeds and angelica roots as well as tigernut and juniper. The high-quality Botanicals are macerated in sugar beet molasses for 24 hours. There are two distillation passages in an 18th-century copper pot still. Finally, the distillate with the purest spring water from the Sierra de Espadán is brought to an optimal 40% vol. Production is limited to only 500 liters per batch, which corresponds to around 715 bottles.
