The Gin Mare is handmade in a small fishing village on the Costa Dorada south of Barcelona and refined with rosemary, thyme, basil and olives.

The Gin Mare is characterized by the following 4 botanicals: thyme from Turkey, rosemary from Greece, basil from Italy and green Arbequina olives from Spain. A 36-hour maceration of these ingredients in alcohol and its subsequent redistillation in the traditional pot-still method are crucial for the flavor of Gin Mare. However, the spirit also contains the gin-typical botanicals juniper, cardamom and citrus.
