The Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur is based on the classic Edinburgh Gin - plus rhubarb and ginger for flavoring.

The Edinburgh Gin is made in the distillery "Spencerfield Spirit Company", which can already look back on a 250-year history and comes originally from the whiskey production. The recipe for the Edinburgh Gin is supposed to be the same age. It is still traditionally made by hand - even the Copper Pot Still was built by himself. In addition to the more classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds and lemon peel, the Edinburgh Gin also includes typical Scottish ingredients such as native pine, Scottish juniper berries, heather and milk thistle from the Highlands. This edition was additionally flavored with rhubarb and ginger.
