The Edelwhite Gin is a hand-crafted London Dry Gin from A to Z.

Edelwhite Gin 500ml contains the mystical Edelweiss, which stands for the lifestyle of the Swiss Alps. The essence is made up of medicinal plants from our rugged mountains and valleys. The distillery in the copper kettle takes care of the regional burner, which works exclusively with pure, alpine water and wood fire.

From 27 Botanicals (ingredients), the Edelwhite Gin is created. 14 of them come from fields, meadows, moors and mountains of the Entlebuch region. What we can not find and plant ourselves, we buy in the «Entlebucher Herb Cooperative», the organization guarantees the regionality and local farms can generate such a secondary income. The other 13 Botanicals are of the highest quality and of organic origin. Our goal is to be able to trace the origin of all plants.

Tasting notes Tender juniper in the nose, followed by fresh citrus notes and slight floral nuances. On the palate, vibrant citrus fruits, refined with pine trees, delicate herbs and flowers, followed by strong spicy and some grassy-fresh nuances. Mid-length finish with lasting, impressive peppery ginger note.
