The possibilities for flavoring a vodka seem almost as endless as those for creating a liqueur or gin. Although the vodka is characterized by its distinct raspberry notes, it can also boast the "typical" vodka aromas of grain, citrus and a little pepper. The 37.5% spirit is ideal for unconventional cocktails that benefit from the addition of sweet-berry aromas. The vodka is produced by triple distillation and quadruple filtration from a mixture of spring and winter wheat with a small amount of rye.
