Right of withdrawal

Refunds, credits
If the customer is entitled to refunds or other credits, for example if an item is no longer available, these will be refunded to the same means of payment / type as the customer has purchased from us.

On foodstuffs and products which are fit for consumption, we cannot grant a right of return for your own safety. On all other items there is a right of return within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer in any case.
