Le Tribute Gin 70 cl / 43% Spain

The MG distillery was founded as early as 1835 in Vilanova, a small fishing village near Barcelona, and is now run by the Giro family in its fifth generation. In 1940, the distillery launched the MG Gin, which is still one of the best selling gins in Spain. 2007 was followed by the Gin Mare. Well, 10 years later, the MG distillery presents the Le Tribute Gin, which is referred to as "yet dry enough". The Tribute Gin is based on a wheat alcohol and is flavored with seven different botanicals: juniper, lime, orange peel, lemon zest, kumquat, tangerine, grapefruit and lemongrass. All ingredients are distilled separately, lemongrass is used instead of the alcohol water, which is the lemon flavor to better advantage. Subsequently, all distillates are mixed together and with 43% vol. bottled in the noble glass bottle, which is visually inspired by the Art Nouveau style.
