Its showy flowers are used in some countries to turn drinks and food a vibrant blue. Among the well-known ingredients are citrus fruits, jasmine blossoms, ginseng, ginger, cardamom, juniper, tangerine peel and liquorice. But the botanical lineup doesn't really seem that important in this case, because the message is clear: this gin wants to be used for mixing and transforming.
