Grappa di Barolo Riserva 5 Anni is distilled from the Nebbiolo pomace that comes from the vinification of Barolo wine in the traditional DOCG area around Barolo. The grappa distilled from it is first aged for 1 year in stainless steel barrels, then for another 5 years in oak barrels and barriques. Through this long aging period, the Grappa di Barolo Riserva develops its complex flavor and unique aromas full of elegance.
