King Edward VII reigned from 1901 to 1910, and in the morning he liked to go out in his Daimler. His doctor was concerned about his health, so Berry Bros & Rudd was commissioned to create a liqueur that would warm the king and strengthen his health.
Thick golden nectar with a fresh ginger flavor. Warm, subtle spiciness, scent of lemon zest, fruity sweetness. Long, spicy finish.
ABOUT BERRY BROS & RUDD
The origins of Berry Bros & Rudd Wine & Spirits Merchants date back to 1698, when the Widow Bourne established her business in London. Today, it is still their descendants who sell a wide selection of their own bottlings of rare rums and whiskies at No. 3 St. James Street.
