The Sparkling Chardonnay relies on grapes from southern Spain, which are first vinified in stainless steel tanks using traditional methods - only to have the wine immediately de-alcoholized using vacuum distillation and a bit of carbonation added.

Noughty Chardonnay - non-alcoholic, organic, vegan, sparkling - has been dealcoholized to preserve the full-bodied flavor in this beautifully crafted bottle. This elegant, bright, full-munged wine captures the invigorating sunshine of southern Spain's vineyards.
