The Wyssestei beer is mainly made from Swiss raw materials. The Quelwasser supplies the Appenzell Alpstein Mountains. Among other things, the malting barley comes from the highest growing area in Europe, 1200-1700 m. above sea level. M. (GR).
Most of the hops are harvested at the Schlatthof in Wolfwil (SO). And the mysterious Wyssestei mountain extract, which gives this beer its unique flavor, comes naturally from the Jura plateau of Solothurn white stone. An aromatic natural beer combined with the Weissensteiner mountain spirit.
