The new Valaisanne Ämrich is a wheat beer, as it can only come from the Valais. During the cellar hopping, it receives its incomparable character and the Amarillo aroma hops provide a delicate fruity apricot aroma. Every sip is reminiscent of the Valais apricots, which are called "Ämrich" in the Upper Valais. Valaisanne Ämrich is light yellow in color and has a soft, full-bodied taste with a dry finish.
