The beer captivates at first glance by its beautiful dark brown color and the light brown foam. In the mouth you can feel the slightly sweet roasted aromas on the antrunk, which also remind of coffee. The finish is then short and dry.

Quite apt, this beer can be enjoyed with game and a Sauerbraten, but also a smoked sausage is conceivable. Even with a beaver flat parfait, this beer can be especially harmoniously combined.
